Two New Posts: Osprey & the Swetsville Zoo

Osprey should be returning to the Grand Teton Valley.  Some are probably already there! I found a few shots in my Lightroom catalog from last year taken on May 15th. A male was returning with a branch to a nest in the Buffalo Valley. Here in Loveland, CO, Osprey have been doing the same for two or three weeks already.

Four New Featured Subjects

I’ve been busy taking new photos here in Loveland! I recently added four NEW Featured Subjects on my home page at MikeJacksonPhotography. I included links to them in this newsletter, plus a couple of the previous Featured Subjects pages at that site. Readers here at Best of the Tetons should be noticing that I am concentrating most of my new efforts toward my new site, but I continue to add and migrate pages to the Best of the Tetons section on my Golden Studios site. Right now, not much is happening in Rocky Mountain National Park, but as the season heats up, I will add pages to the Best of the Rockies section.

I strongly encourage readers here to click the links and sign up at the new site! Click Here to Subscribe

The two pages are quite different, illustrating the eclectic diversity I have available to me here in Loveland. And, if you are not checking my site regularly, I will include the link for my monthly journal. February has been good one so far! Continue reading "Bald Eagles on the Front Range and More"
