To join a TPC Zoom meeting:
- Click the link on the TPC EVENTS page or CALENDAR
- You will be taken to the Zoom page
- Click “Join a meeting”
- If you did not use the direct link you will need to copy and paste the MEETING NAME and PASS CODE
- Join the meeting; the Moderator will give you access
- Chose to turn on your video and audio to participate
Do we need to sign up for this event or will an email be automatically sent with log in and password?
No – this event is open to the public.
To be clear you do not have to register but you will need a login and password to join the Zoom meeting. I believe that was in the Feb Snapshot email that you should already have.
